Therapy and Retreat Services Disclaimer

Anchored Integrative Wellness offers therapy retreats that are designed to support emotional healing through evidence-based practices such as EMDR and IFS. However, our services are not a substitute for ongoing therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

• We do not offer telehealth or virtual therapy services.

• We are not a crisis center or emergency mental health provider.

• If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or reach out to a local crisis hotline or emergency services in your area.

Our retreats are best suited for individuals who are emotionally stable enough to engage in intensive, short-term therapy in a non-clinical, private setting.
